Ingredients:-
One Medium glass grated coconut One Mediium glass sugar 1 Can of Condensed Milk One tspn Ghee Half tspn Elaichi Pwd Yellow food colour
Preparation:-
Take a vessel pour little water and add the sugar in it. Boil the mixture till the sugar dissolves and condensed milk. Now add grated coconut. Keep on mixing till the water disappers from the mixture. Add the ghee to it. Now add elaichi pwd and food colour to it. When it is cooked. Removed it from the stove and pour it on a greased plate. Now cut it in the shape of barfi or as u wish.
